Important. Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using the Fabric Trust Index, API, or any related services. By using Fabric, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer in addition to our Terms of Service.
All content provided through the Fabric Service — including trust scores, safety ratings, provider profiles, category rankings, and any other data or analysis — is provided for general informational purposes only.
Fabric does not provide and nothing in the Service should be construed as legal advice or legal opinion, financial or investment advice, security audits or security certifications, compliance assessments or regulatory guidance, endorsements or recommendations of any third-party service, or guarantees of safety, reliability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Fabric aggregates data from a variety of third-party sources to generate trust scores and service assessments. These sources include publicly available information from service provider websites and documentation, on-chain data from blockchain registries (including ERC-8004 smart contracts on Base), API metadata and technical specifications published by service providers, community feedback and reviews submitted through the Fabric platform, automated monitoring systems that test service availability and response characteristics, and publicly filed regulatory and compliance documentation.
We do not control, verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party data source. Third-party data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or manipulated. Service providers may change their practices, terms, data handling, security measures, or operational status at any time without notice to Fabric. On-chain data, while immutable once recorded, may reflect inputs that were inaccurate at the time of submission.
Fabric trust scores are generated by proprietary algorithms that analyse multiple data signals and apply weighted scoring models. These scores are algorithmic estimates, not objective facts.
You should be aware that scoring models involve subjective decisions about which signals to include and how to weight them. Different weighting methodologies could produce materially different scores for the same service. Scores are point-in-time assessments and may not reflect the current state of a service. A high trust score does not guarantee that a service is safe, secure, reliable, or suitable for your use case. A low trust score does not necessarily mean a service is unsafe or unreliable. New or recently launched services may have limited data, resulting in scores that do not accurately reflect their quality. Scores may be influenced by the volume and quality of available data, which varies by provider.
Fabric makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any information provided through the Service.
Specific risks you should be aware of include data lag, where there may be delays between a change in a service's practices and the reflection of that change in Fabric's data. Coverage gaps mean that not all AI tools and services are indexed, and the absence of a service from the Trust Index should not be interpreted positively or negatively. Scoring limitations exist because no scoring methodology can capture every relevant risk factor, and edge cases, novel attack vectors, and emerging threats may not be reflected. Community feedback submitted through the platform may be subject to bias, manipulation, or inaccuracy.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Fabric Service. Before selecting, integrating, or relying on any AI tool or service — regardless of its Fabric trust score — you should conduct your own independent due diligence and risk assessment, review the service provider's terms of service, privacy policy, and security documentation directly, assess whether the service meets your specific regulatory, compliance, and security requirements, consult with qualified legal, security, or compliance professionals where appropriate, and test and validate the service in your own environment before deploying to production.
Fabric expressly disclaims liability for any financial loss, business loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from:
This disclaimer of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Fabric has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where the Service involves blockchain transactions, managed wallets, or x402 payments, additional risks apply. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite testing. Cryptocurrency values and gas fees can fluctuate significantly. Regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change. Fabric's managed wallets are custodial, and you rely on our infrastructure for access. Network congestion may cause delays or increased transaction costs.
The AI agent economy is a rapidly evolving and largely unregulated space. Standards, best practices, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics are still developing. Information that is accurate today may become outdated or misleading as the ecosystem evolves. Fabric cannot anticipate or account for all future developments in the space.
The Trust Index displays names, logos, and descriptions of third-party services. These belong to their respective owners and their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Fabric is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
Fabric is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in your jurisdiction. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
